How billing works
Prices are in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Over your monthly quota, new notes are refused. The app is told the submission failed and the default feedback card shows a generic "that did not go through, try again later" message — it is not retried automatically. The portal shows how many notes were refused this month, so nothing is dropped without a trace.
A downgrade keeps your oldest products editable; newer ones become read-only until you upgrade or delete one. API-key rotation is always allowed, even on a locked product.
