Feedback that flows to you. Reviews that flow to the store.
Words Are Flowing is a hosted feedback loop for apps and games: private notes land in your inbox, native store-review prompts fire from what people actually do in your app, and you edit the rules in a portal — no app update required.
How it works
- Add the SDK to your app with your product key.
- Name the moments that matter —
TrackAsync("workout_completed")— right where they happen in your code. - Edit the rules in the portal. Notes land in your inbox; the native store-review prompt fires only from behaviour you named, never from a question.
Two actions, never a gate
The store prompt and the private ask are independent. No question is ever shown in front of the store card. Google says it plainly:
Your app shouldn't ask the user any questions before or while presenting the rating button or card, including questions about their opinion (such as "Do you like the app?") or predictive questions (such as "Would you rate this app 5 stars").
You should not have a call-to-action option (such as a button) to trigger the API.
From Google's In-App Review guidelines, verified 2026-09-18. See how we apply it on the store policy page.

Your users have no profile with us
Counters that decide when a prompt fires stay on the device. Nothing about a person is stored on our side unless a note is submitted, and a note carries only what its author chooses to attach. Details are in the data processing agreement.
